If you are customer-obsessed, a creative and analytical thinker, and seek the thrill of building a global platform from Denmark, this role is for you!

- Work with designers and engineers to craft, test, and launch new products and features
- Set the pace for shipping and monitor the impact of deployments on KPIs
- Optimize loops that drive engagement and growth, with specific focus on increasing our viral coefficient
- Work closely with the founders on strategic decisions and grow your team as needed

Who You Are

- Obsessed with building products people love, from either a computer science or strategic design background
- Experienced developing an understanding of consumer and business needs, and rapidly iterating solutions (via rapid prototyping, concept testing, experiments, etc.)
- Have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter, and an analytical thinker
- 3+ years experience in product management, preferably a platform or marketplace
- Degree(s) in Computer Science, Design, or related disciplines
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: Experienced managing a product based on machine learning

Hiring Process

Step 1: After you apply, a recruiter may reach out to you for an introductory call.
Step 2: If your background is a match for the role, you may be invited to an interview.
Step 3: If you continue through the process, you will have in-depth discussions with the founders at our office (Blegdamsvej 6, København N).

Your Application

Send your application to admin@feats.co. Include a short introduction and an overview of your experience, emphasizing the roles you’ve had in projects and what those projects have accomplished. It is fine to apply in Danish, but expect to interview in English.

About Feats

Our mission is to create transparency in project ecosystems to unlock value for individuals, businesses, and society. Today, business is project driven, from developing products to driving growth. Yet, as important as projects are, there is no lasting record of them and little recognition of the employees, agencies, and freelancers who make them happen.

With more than 1,900 group projects including hundreds of brands, Feats now has the largest collection of Danish projects within categories like Brand & Marketing and Digital Products. Our unique dataset of roles in projects will enable more meaningful recommendations for careers and recruitment than old-school CV data ever could.
